Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. In-store purchases, local deliveries, and in-store pickups are eligible for store credit only and must be returned within 7 days.

*Please note, all discounted/sale items are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the return label will expire after 7 days, so be sure to drop off your package within that timeframe. A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Once the return label expires, your purchase will no longer be eligible for return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@netteshop.com.

Local Delivery
Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items once a local delivery has been marked as delivered. We recommend leaving a note at checkout providing a secure location for drop-off.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as discounted/sale items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We’re always happy to help with an exchange if the item you’d like is still available. Feel free to email us with any questions, and we’ll be glad to help get it sorted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus the $5 return shipping fee) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
